Larry Lenderman

Larry Lenderman is a licensed real estate broker and the owner of Norris Management. He has over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate/Property Management industry.
Larry is a native of the Casa Grande Valley and graduated from Casa Grande Union High School in 1964. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Arizona University in 1971, served and was honorably discharged from the United States Navy in 1967. Larry has a long history of community involvement that includes:
- Past President of the Casa Grande Rotary Club
- Past President of the Casa Grande High School Governing Board
- Past Exalted Ruler of the Casa Grande Valley Elks Lodge
- President of and active participation on numerous scholarship boards
Don Whitwell
Operations Manager
Don is a licensed real estate agent and has been with Norris Management for over three years. Don retired from Wells Fargo bank where he was their Vice-President and Community Banking Manager for eight years. Prior to Wells Fargo, Don worked as a retail manager for Norwest, Citibank, and United Bank (all joined by merger or acquisition). Don started his banking career in 1977 after completing 6.5 years for Transamerica Financial.
Don's past and present community involvement includes:
- Chairman of the Casa Grande High School Scholarship Foundation
- Leading Knight of the local Elks lodge
- Past president of Casa Grande Optimist Club
- Board member of Casa Grande Valley Economic Development Foundation
- Member of Casa Grande Rotary
- Treasurer of Pinal County United Way
- Treasurer for the local Nazarene church
In addition to volunteer work, Don is looking forward to spending time on his boat, off-roading, and enjoying his grandchild.
Scott Lenderman
HOA Administrator, Maintenance Supervisor, & IT Specialist
Scott is a licensed real estate broker who grew up in Casa Grande. After graduation from Casa Grande Union High School in 1997, Scott attended and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of San Diego. While attending University of San Diego, Scott was a member of Phi Kappa Theta fraternity and earned a varsity letter in football.
Scott is a member and serves on the board of directors for the Rotary Club of Casa Grande. Other affiliations include Western Pinal Associations of Realtors and Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service.
